Access able Connections Pty Ltd was established in 2017. The Directors, each having worked in the industry for over 15 years, identified the lack of available, appropriate and professional services to the community. Having gained knowledge of the networks of local service providers and an understanding of the Human Services sector changes, it became evident that a service provider such as Access able Connections would increase the well being and independence of individuals and organisations in the area.
Since then our company has grown and evolved to where we are today, maintaining the vison to increase the well being and independence for the people of our community and beyond.
We have a expanding team of qualified support staff who are dedicated to assisting individuals achieve their goals as independently as possible focusing on client choice and control.
Our Plan Management Services now stretch interstate and we are servicing clients not only in our local community but throughout NSW and other states.
